This magnificient Tuscan
country house from the 14th
century is placed in the heart
of the Chianti region and
offers unchanged views over
olive groves, vineyards and
cypress trees.
The Villa was totally restored
in 2002 with a careful eye to
maintain the
Tuscany area architecture with
woodbeamed ceilings, cotto
floors and whitewashed walls,
while adding the most
modern amenities. Inside it is
luminous and impeccably furnished
with several antique
pieces mixed to contemporary
design furniture that blend in
with the typical Tuscan style. |

The private swimming pool
is in a beautiful position with
wonderful views over the surrounding
countryside. There
is a covered dining area just
outside the house and another
shady pergola for sitting
and relaxing outdoors.
Villa Collelungo is an ideal
base for anyone wanting to
enjoy the culture of Tuscan
towns and villages.
Guests can also enjoy the
products of the farm, such as
Chianti Classico wines and
Olive oil.
It is well located too, only 50
minutes from Florence, 25
minutes from Siena and five
minutes from Castellina in
Chianti.
Excellent restaurants could be
find in Castellina, from the
simple Trattoria to the more
exclusive Michelin star awarded
restaurants.

BOOKINGS:
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance one month before arrival. Eurocheques, Visa & Mastercard welcome.
PRICES INCLUDE:
Power and light, hot water, gas for cooking, firewood, linen, towels, every 4th days of stay towels change (on request clean towels are available at 3,50€ p.p.), every 7th day of
stay linen change, use of the kitchen’s stuff and what’s in the apartment, final cleaning (We kindly ask guests to leave the kitchen, cooker, fridge and utensils as clean as found;
otherwise we can charge this “extra cleaning” at 50,00€), V.a.t.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Towels for use by the pool. Bread rolls and/or croissants delivered fresh from the village bakery in the morning. Breakfast, Dinners, Lunches, other gastronomic events (If
otherwise specified). Wines, Olive oil, and whatever in the kitchen room for sale.
Extra bed per night: 40,00€, Apartment cleanings on request: 20,00 €/h

HEATING:
Available at an additional charge, gas is payable on consumption during heating season, no charge for firewood.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of 500,00€ will be asked at arrival and it will be refunded at departure if no damages occured to the Villa.
FIRST GROCERY:
We can arrange a first grocery shopping for you to find in the house upon arrival.
1st shopping includes: Bread, butter, jam, eggs, 2 litre milk, 1 packet Earl Grey Tea, 1 packet coffee, natural yogurts, 2 bottles of orange juice, 2kg fruits of the season, 2kg
pasta (noodles), 2 jars tomatoe sauce, 1 large piece fresh parmesan cheese, salad and tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, 4 litres mineral water, 3 bottles of beer, dishwasher detergent.

CANCELLATION:
Our policy is standard and conforms to European norms. The 35% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel at any time between reservation and the time the balance is due,
one month before arrival. Between that date and eight days before arrival a 50% refund is due. If cancellation comes within a week of arrival there is no refund. We do suggest
that guests take out a holiday insurance policy that covers such unlikely eventualities.
