Pinot Bianco 5 people
Located
on the edge of the hamlet, this large and spacious house is ideal for
families. On one side the windows overlook vineyards, with a view of
the Chianti hills beyond. To the other side, the outlook is over the
attractive terraced garden and the wooded valley below.
Sangiovese 6 + 2 people
The
largest house at Vignale, Sangiovese is an independent terraced villa
that comfortably sleeps 6 people. It is perched on the edge of the
hamlet with excellent wide-open views of the vineyards below and hills
across the valley. There
are 2 outside terraces, from which you can admire the uninterrupted
views. Sangiovese also has a large hidden private garden with a shaded
pergola that is ideal for relaxing outdoor meals. From the garden the
pool is a short walk away.
Montebuoni
L´Oliveta 4 people
L'Oliveta
is a detached cottage built from handcrafted Tuscan stone, set in an
olive grove, with it's own large private gardens. The interior has oak
beamed ceilings and tiled terra cotta floors throughout.The
front door leads directly into the comfortably furnished lounge/diner
with sofa, chairs, TV and dining suite. This room really is the hub of
the property, with doors leading to the bedroom, bathroom with shower,
gardens and kitchen, which is fully fitted, with electric
oven, electric hobs, fridge with freezer compartment and
dishwasher.
Due Leoni 2 people
Villa
Due Leoni is a great place to stay for couples. Located just off the
square, on the main footpath, that leads down to the swimming pool and
tennis court, next door to the hamlet’s small chapel. Outside
the large furnished terrace, has spectacular views over the Tuscan
countryside, with its olive groves and rolling hillsides and the
romantic castle of San Polo in Rosso across the valley. This is the
perfect spot to sit and relax with a glass of the local Chianti wine,
watching the sun go down.
Dionisia 4 people
Situated
at the front of the small hamlet of Capannole is villa Dionisia. The
villa has been redecorated and furnished to a high standard with its
own private garden with lovely views over the Tuscan countryside, this
is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Outside
there is a lovely private garden with Mediterranean shrubs, olive and
Cyprus trees, here you have the best of both worlds as you have a
choice of sitting on the terrace at the end of the garden in full sun
or to relax under the covered terrace.
Navico
L'Antico Cipresso 4 people
Antico
Cipresso is the largest apartment at Borgo Navico. It lies in a high
central position from where there are stunning views, from both sides,
over the vine and olive covered hills, across to the town of
Panzano. The furnished front garden has shade during the day while at the back
there is a private terrace and garden that are warmed by the sun. All
the gardens and the terrace have lighting for all those warm summer
evenings perfect to enjoy an outdoor meal. From the front there is
direct access to the swimming pool. The entrance leads into a large bright and comfortable living room that
has a fireplace. In the winter there is also ventilated heating that
maintains the room at a constant temperature. At the other end of the
room there is a large door that leads onto the private terrace that has
sun for the most part of the day.

Villas with Private Pools:
La
Casanova is a stone cottage resting on a south facing hills 300 meters
from central Radda in Chianti, one of Italy's most famous hilltop
villages, known for its cafes, bars and restaurants. The cottage is
owned by local celebrity and TV chef Luciano Porciatti who lives in the
main house behind the cottage, there is a large furnished terrace with
superb open views of the vineyards and olive groves or the Radda in
Chianti hills. NOTE: The owners may also use the pool

Angolino, Radda in Chianti - Siena
  
Angolino
is a lovely 3 bedroom villa situated a short 1.5km walk away from
Radda in Chianti, one of the five main historical towns of the Chianti.
The villa is located at the end of a quiet road and is ideal for
visiting the beautiful Chianti region with its rolling vine and olive
tree covered hills. Angolino
has a lovely terrace around the villa perfect for dining al fresco or
just to sit and enjoy the wonderful countryside. In the well-maintained
garden there is a simple above ground swimming pool, which is good for
a cooling dip after a warm day sightseeing.
  
La
Valle is a restored hay barn that lays on the hillside 100 meters walk
(or 2km drive) from the exquisite village of Lecchi in Chianti.
Surrounded by tracts of serene and timeless countryside La Valle can be
found nestled amongst olives and vines in the sublime beauty of the
Chianti landscape affording vistas decorated with the medieval castles
of Monte Luco and Brolio beyond. In addition to aesthetic pleasures, this region offers exceptional
cuisine, enhanced by many of Italy's greatest wines, virtually every
village possesses a noteworthy Trattoria where you can enjoy food
unrivalled in its refined simplicity and Lecchi within 100 meters and
San Sano within 3 km are no exceptions.
Fienile di Villole, Castellina in Chianti - Siena
  
Laying on
top of a hill in the heart of the Chianti countryside, the private
cottage of Fienile di Villole enjoys open views over one of Tuscany’s
most prestigious regions, the Chianti. Following its restoration, the
old stone hay barn provides a rare opportunity to stay in a completely
private cottage with a private pool. Located only about 11km from the wine town of Castellina in Chianti you don't have far to go to find a typical Chianti town, the nearest
restaurant is about 5km and specializes in the famous Tuscan grill.
Valliole, Lecchi in Chianti - Siena
  
Set
in the heart of the Chianti Classico with a stunning view of Siena in
the distance Valliole will leave you with lasting memories of Tuscany.
This high quality 17 century villa has been lovingly restored into a
comfortable home with a beautiful pool. Valliole,
surrounded by well-maintained gardens, sits at the top of the working
vineyards of Castello di Ama. The large pool terrace has sun lays and
benches to relax and enjoy the fantastic views of the Chianti hills and
Siena beyond. By the pool there is a shower and WC, pool towels are
provided.
  
Nestled
in the Chianti hills on the edge of a cluster of restored farmhouses
Villa Sornano lies a few minutes from Poggibonsi. It is surrounded by
rolling hills and overlooks the valley below and the medieval towers
of San Gimignano in the distance. The villa has terraced patios that lead down to a large pool with
hydromassage. From the terraces and well-maintained gardens there is a
wonderful view of the Tuscan hills dotted with villages and towns. In
one corner of the garden there is a swinging chair from where you can
admire the sun set over San Gimignano. The villa and its gardens are
protected from its neighbours by a fence with electric gate.
  
Casale
Cipressi is an exclusive Tuscan country house 2.7km from Castellina in
Chianti furnished to a high standard and consists of two floors. It is
totally built in stone, has terracotta floors throughout and chestnut
wooden beams gracing the old style ceilings. The villa has a dominant position on a hilltop which provides wonderful
views of the Tuscany countryside dotted with hamlets, vineyards, olive
groves and woodlands. In the landscaped gardens there is a large
infinity swimming pool and a sauna outhouse. Pool towels are provided.
There are two covered parking places and ample parking is available for
a number of other cars in the uncovered areas.
  
Villa
Bernardi is a beautiful and spacious Tuscan farmhouse property situated
on a hillside in the Panzano region of Tuscany, renowned for its
premium Chianti Classico wines. Panzano itself is just 3km away with a
selection of shops and restaurants and there is good road access for
Florence, Siena and the Chianti Classico towns of Castellina, Greve,
and Radda. The saltwater swimming pool is reached by a stone path across the lawn
and enjoys views across the Chianti countryside. Next to the pool is a
beautiful covered pergola, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool
area is shaded by tall evergreen trees and is very private and enclosed.
  
Villa
Roncovisi is an elegant villa from the 18th century that has been
restored into a high quality holiday home. It is ideally positioned in
the countryside just a short distance from Monsummano Terme and
Montecatini Terme, two towns famous for their thermal baths. Also
within easy reach are many of the historical towns of Tuscany such as
Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The private villa has large pretty grounds which also include woodlands
and olive groves. In the garden there is a shady pergola with table for
outdoor dining and on a lower level a large pool with hydro massage.The 7 bedroom villa has beautiful views from all its windows due to its
hill side position. It is furnished to a high standard with many
antiques, original paintings and Persian carpets. All modern comforts,
including air-conditioning, are provided.
