Booking Contract
- For bookings made on the To-Tuscany.ca website, the full terms of the booking contract are set out on the website.
- For bookings made for properties not listed on the To-Tuscany.ca website, the terms of the booking will be provided at the time the booking is made.
- In either case, all bookings represent a contract between the client and the owner of the property. To-Tuscany Canada and, in the case of bookings on the To-Tuscany.ca website, To Tuscany Ltd. acts solely as the intermediary for the purpose of facilitating the booking and collecting the monies owed by the client to the property owner.
